WHAT DO YOU WANT?
MASTER DESIGNER – If you are looking for a master of the craft then one of our Master Designer’s is the perfect choice for you. Our Master Designers are the corner stone of our training and design team. They have years of experience haircutting and color and are some of the top designers in our profession today. Some have worked for major manufacturers and they have traveled the country educating and mentoring other salon professionals. They head up the training program in the salon and coach and mentor every other level in the designer team. The are our salons best! (MASTER A has one associate working with them, MASTER AA has two associates working with them)
ELITE DESIGNER – If you are looking for experience and high quality, choose one of our Elite Designer’s. Our Elite Designer’s make up the body of our design team. They have from 3 or more years of experience and will definitely exceed your expectations. They help coach and mentor Protégé’ and Designer levels and are highly skilled in all aspects of design.
DESIGNER – If you are looking for high quality at a competitive price then the designer level is just what you need. Our Designer’s are certified to perform all services related to hair in the salon. They have proven that they need little coaching during a service and they can perform at the salon time standards. They attend all in-house training programs and, as with all our designer levels, they are required to attend at least 2 outside trainings a year.
PROTÉGÉ / NEW TALENT – If you are looking for good quality at a reasonable price then our Protégé’s are the right choice for you. Our Protégé’s have been through our in-house certification program and are certified to perform haircuts, color, and highlights at a high quality level. They are coached and mentored by a certified Master Designer or Elite Designer during a service to insure the quality our guests have become accustomed to. Each Protégé is required to attend regular in-house training to further develop their skills and speed in other areas of design.
