CHILDREN'S POLICY
For their safety, children are not allowed in the cutting area unless they are having a service in the salon. Children and babies in strollers are not allowed in the cutting area while a parent, friend, or sibling etc. are receiving a service. Please make arrangements for small children if you plan to be in the salon for an extended period of time.
A child who can sit by itself, unsupervised and quiet, may wait in the reception or dryer area (if space available for color appointments), while a parent is getting a haircut or color service. If a client comes in with a child and the child cannot sit by itself a rescheduling of the appointment will be necessary.

CANCELLATION and NO-SHOW POLICY
YOU salon, Inc. has a 24 hour cancellation policy. If you must cancel, please try to call at least 1 day prior to the appointment so we have time to fill in the appointment with clients that may be our waiting list. Clients that abuse this policy may be charged a fee for cancellations or may need to pay with a credit card upon booking appointments.
Clients with 3 no-show* appointments within a 1 year period must pay with a credit card at time of booking. NO EXCEPTIONS.
*NOTE: Cancellations made on the same day as the scheduled appointment or appointments canceled after the scheduled time of the appointment will be considered a no show.
PRICING POLICY
YOU salon, Inc. reserves the right to modify service prices without advance notice. No warranties or guarantees are expressed or implied as to the accuracy of the pricing on this web site with respect to product and/or service pricing.
CLOTHING POLICY
To protect your clothing, we encourage all clients to wear a protective smock while receiving hair services. Smocks are made available for your convenience. YOU salon, Inc. shall not be held responsible or liable for any damage or loss to personal belongings.
