Robin Gribbin is the owner of YOU salon, Inc. She has over 30 years of experience as a salon professional and believes that YOU are the most important part of the success of our salon.

Robin attended Western Vocational School for her cosmetology training where she was awarded the Vocational Excellence Award for the State of Maryland and finished first in her class.

She continued to excel in her abilities and was selected to audition for the Redken Artist program in 1984 where she worked for over 20 years as a highly respected National Artist with Redken 5th Avenue. As a Master Colorist and Principle-Based Designer, she facilitated the learning of other salon professionals throughout the country in hair design, hair coloring and business.

Now dedicated to the success of YOU salon, Robin's experience gives her the ability to share with our designers ideas on leadership, management, customer service, advanced hair coloring & design.

Jason Gribbin, Artistic Director of YOU salon, Inc., is a master designer and salon professional, with a lifetime of exposure to the industry. His areas of expertise include design & color, in addition to educating designers across the region.

Jason attended Roberts' Institute of Hair Design and has since become a renowned designer. Jason was chosen as a Redken Artist in 2002 and traveled the region inspiring and educating others in the area of design and color until the opening of YOU salon. Now he dedicates his time and knowledge teaching the team of you salon to master the craft of hair design.

Jason's desire to achieve the perfect design and look for each client grows in his efforts to remain fresh in the latest trends and techniques. His love of education brings hands-on knowledge into the salon. He imparts this knowledge daily with his clients and fellow designers. His clients are treated with an atmosphere of experience, warmth, and a captivating finished look.

Rachel Gribbin, Director of Salon Operations/Manicurist, has a Bachelor's degree in education and has years of customer service experience. As a vital member of our management staff, Rachel insures the quality standards which is at the core values of the company.

Rachel attended the University of Maryland, College Park, where she earned her bachelor's degree in education. She brings this knowledge to us and uses it for training our Sales & Service Coordinator's in customer service and customer satisfaction seminars.

Her organizational skills and ability to get things done keep the salon running at it's finest! Each client is treated with special care and every team member looks to her for guidance in all aspects of the business.

Meghanne Haran, Salon Coordinator, is a graduate of Mercy High School and attended Salisbury University in Maryland where she graduated cum laude in Geographical Information Systems and was an all-American Collegiate Scholar from 2002- 2004.

Meghanne is the drive behind our marketing programs and creates an organized, caring environment at the front desk every time you visit. When she greets you on the phone or in person she will always make you feel comfortable and welcome. She greets you with a warm and friendly smile and loves being part of making someone’s day brighter.

Since joining the team, Meghanne’s influence has become an important part of the growth of our company and will continue to work her magic at the front desk for years to come.
